Ask Muse. Treka answers. You approve every change.
Muse is Meta's AI agent. Connect it to Treka and ask about your trips, bookings, revenue and rentals in plain words, or let it book a guest and send them a secure payment link once you say yes.

How it works
In the Treka portal, go to Connections and find the Muse card under AI assistants. Only a company owner or admin can connect.
In Muse, add the Treka connector. If it isn't listed for you yet, add a custom connector with the address https://treka.app/api/mcp.
Treka asks you to sign in, shows exactly what Muse will see and lets you pick the company. Leave Allow changes off for read-only access, or turn it on so Muse can do the tasks you ask for.
Try “Who is on Saturday's 9am departure?” or “Which kayaks are free tomorrow afternoon?” Muse answers from your live Treka data.
What you get
“Book Dana, four guests, on Saturday's Lake Loop and email her a payment link.” Muse asks you first; the guest pays on Treka's own Stripe-hosted checkout.
Who is on a departure, with phone numbers; a guest's booking by name or email; what is pending and what is paid.
Which items are free on your dates, and today's pickups, returns and overdue gear, rental orders and trip gear together.
Revenue by month or by trip, counted the way the Treka dashboard counts it, and an overview of upcoming departures and the last 30 days.
Seats booked and left on every date. With changes allowed, add a departure, change its seats or edit a trip's details.
Recent reviews worth a reply, gift card balances, and the guide invoices waiting for you, which Muse can approve when you tell it to.
Payment links
A guest asks about Saturday. You ask Muse to book them. Treka does the rest on its own checkout.
Name the trip, the date, the guest and the party size. Muse checks the seats and shows you the booking before it is made.
Booking a guest is a change, so Muse asks for your yes first, every time.
Treka makes a secure payment link at the trip's normal price and, if you choose, emails it to the guest for you.
The guest pays on Treka's Stripe-hosted checkout, under the same terms as any booking. No card details pass through Muse.
Approvals and safety
Only a company owner or admin can connect Muse, for one company they choose. The connection stops if that person stops being an owner or admin.
Without Allow changes, Muse can only read. With it, each change shows as a request in Muse before it runs.
Changes are recorded under the connection's name in your Treka activity log and on the Muse card in Connections.
Muse never takes a payment, issues a refund or pays anyone out. Refunds and payouts stay in the Treka portal.
Click Disconnect on the Muse card in Connections and access stops straight away.
For your guests
Muse works on your side of the counter. A guest gets what they always get from you: a confirmation, a secure payment link and your booking page.
Your booking page, your website's widget and the Treka Marketplace keep working as before. The connector adds nothing a guest has to install.
When Muse books a guest for you, Treka emails the link and the guest pays on your Stripe-hosted checkout at your prices.
In the portal
Who uses it
Silverpine Adventures, a fictional operator, asks Muse which paddleboards come back before noon and which guests are on the 9am tour, before the first boat goes out.
A guest messages about Saturday for four. The owner asks Muse to book them, approves, and Treka emails the guest a payment link.
A rafting outfitter asks how September compared with August by trip, and which guide invoices still need approving.
Most of a guide's admin happens away from a desk: at the trailhead, on the dock, between trips. Muse is already on the phone in your pocket, so the question “who's on tomorrow's float?” or “can I fit four more on Saturday?” gets answered without opening a laptop.
Because Muse reads your live Treka account, the answer is the one your portal would give, and because every change needs your approval, nothing happens that you didn't ask for.
Muse uses the same Treka connector as ChatGPT and Claude, so you can connect whichever assistant you use, or all three. Trek is different: he is the assistant built into the Treka portal, there on every page while you work. The AI assistants page explains all four, and the MCP documentation lists every tool the connector offers, with its inputs and outputs.
