Platform
Ask about your season. Get the admin done. You approve every change.
The Treka connector links ChatGPT or Claude to your Treka account. Ask in plain words who is on tomorrow's trip, how this month compares to last, or which guide invoices are waiting, and let the assistant add a departure or email a guest when you say so.

How it works
In the Treka portal, go to Connections and find the ChatGPT and Claude cards under AI assistants. Only a company owner or admin can connect an assistant.
Claude opens its Add connector screen with Treka already filled in. Click Add, then Connect. You can also add it yourself under Customize, Connectors, with the address https://treka.app/api/mcp.
In ChatGPT, open Settings, Apps and Connectors. Add Treka with the address https://treka.app/api/mcp and choose OAuth as the sign-in method.
Treka asks you to sign in, shows exactly what the assistant will see, and lets you pick the company. Leave Allow changes off for read-only access, or turn it on so the assistant can do tasks you ask for.
What you get
Your trips, departures in the next 30 days, and bookings and revenue from the last 30 days, in one answer.
Every trip with its price, group size and duration, and every departure with capacity, seats booked and seats left.
Find bookings by departure date, booking date, trip, status or guest, with guest names, emails, phone numbers and amounts.
Revenue by month or by trip, counted the way the Treka dashboard counts it: confirmed and completed bookings.
Which guide invoices are waiting for approval, approved or paid, with amounts and dates.
Recent guest reviews, including the low ratings worth a reply, and gift cards with their balances.
In the portal
Who uses it
Silverpine Adventures, a fictional operator, asks Claude on a phone at the trailhead who is on the 9am departure and gets the guest list with phone numbers.
A rafting outfitter tells ChatGPT to add a Saturday 2pm departure with eight seats. ChatGPT asks to confirm, and the date is live on the booking page.
An owner asks how September compares with August by trip, then approves the two guide invoices that are waiting.
Departures: add a date, change the number of seats (never below the seats already booked), mark a date sold out or reopen it, hide it from booking, or delete a date that has no bookings.
Bookings: add a booking taken by phone or email, or hold seats until it is confirmed; update a guest's name, email or phone; change the party size on a booking with nothing to charge or refund; add a private note; confirm a pending booking; or cancel an unpaid booking, which frees its seats.
Guests and trips: email the guest on a booking from your company, with replies going to you, and edit a trip's title, description, meeting point, duration, price per person, group sizes and what is included.
Guide pay: approve or reject a guide's invoice. Approving never pays it; when guide pay through QuickBooks is on, the approved invoice becomes a bill in your QuickBooks, as it does in the portal.
You sign in to Treka from the assistant and approve the connection on Treka's own page, for one company you choose. Only an owner or admin can connect, and the connection stops working if that person is no longer an owner or admin.
A connection is read-only unless you turn on Allow changes when you connect. Each change shows as a request in ChatGPT or Claude before it runs, and every change is recorded under the connection's name in your Treka activity log and on the Connections card.
Money stays in the Treka portal. An assistant can never take a payment, issue a refund, pay a guide or cancel a booking that has a payment on it.
You can disconnect an assistant at any time from Connections in Treka, which stops its access straight away. The privacy policy explains what data an assistant receives and how it is handled.
If an assistant can't connect, check that you are signed in to Treka as the company's owner or admin, then remove Treka from the assistant and add it again. For anything else, message Treka from the portal or use the contact page, and a real person will answer.
