Bookings
Every trip, every date, one calendar.
Set up each trip once with its price, its seats and the dates you run it. The calendar shows what is booked, what is open and who is guiding, and it refuses the booking that would put seven people on a six-seat boat.

How it works
Title, description, photos, duration, difficulty, what is included and what to bring. Write it yourself or let the AI trip creator draft it from a line, then set the price per person, per party or by group size.
Scheduled departures with a capacity each, an open range where guests choose any start inside a season, or custom requests you approve. Private trips and exclusive slots keep a date for one party.
Publish the dates you will run and block the ones you will not. Blackout dates close the whole operation or one location, and a date that is full stops taking bookings on its own.
Month, week and day views show every departure with its seats, its guide and its payment status. Open a date to see the roster, add a booking, move it or cancel it, and let the guests know in the same step.
What you get
Each departure carries its own maximum. When it is full the date disappears from the booking page rather than you catching an overbooking later.
A two-hour tour with three start times a day and a nine-day trek with one departure a month are both just trips with dates. Minimum and maximum duration bounds are yours to set.
Assignments sit on the date, so you see which departures still need a guide and where one guide is double-booked before it becomes a problem.
Connect a Google account and your trip dates appear in the calendar you already keep, so the season is visible from your phone without opening the portal.
The availability view flags dates with open seats and days without a guide, so you can decide what to promote and what to cover.
Point Treka at your current website and it reads your trips, prices and photos. A spreadsheet or an export from your old system works too, and you confirm each one before it is published.

Who uses it
Daily departures at 8 and 1, capacity set per raft count, blackout dates when the river is too high, and a calendar every guide can read on their phone.
Open-range seasons for custom objectives, a handful of scheduled courses, and private dates held for returning clients before the season opens.
Hourly tours by the seat, a weekly full-day trip, and gear rental on the same account, all visible on one calendar.
An outfitter's day is a list of departures, each with a guide, a number of guests and a set of things that must be true before it leaves: paid, signed, briefed. The calendar in Treka is built around that. It is not a diary with bookings pasted in; each date knows its capacity, its bookings, its assignments and its payment status, and the booking page reads from the same source, so the two can never disagree.
That is also why a full date simply stops being offered, why a blackout removes bookability immediately, and why an assigned guide sees their trip the moment you save it.
Scheduled trips have departures you publish, with a start time and a capacity. Open-range trips open a window of dates and let the guest pick their own start and length inside it, with a per-day capacity. Custom-request trips take no public bookings at all: the guest asks for dates and you reply with a priced link. Most operations mix all three, and a trip can change mode as the season changes.

Add blackout dates for the whole company or a single location. Blocked days are not offered on any booking page, and dates already booked stay where they are so you can decide what to do with them.
A trip with a season rather than fixed departures. Guests pick a start date and a length inside the window you open, within the per-day capacity you set, and their booking reserves those days.
