Know which trips pay, before the season ends.
Every booking, payment and page view your business produces already flows through Treka. The Analytics page turns that into a board of panels you can arrange to suit your week, and the Exports tab turns it into CSV files your accountant can open.

How it works
There is nothing to connect. A booking, a payment, a refund, a page view on your booking site and a message in your inbox each land in the panels as they happen, filtered to your company.
Drag the panels into the order that matches how you think, collapse the ones you check monthly, and the layout is kept for next time. The revenue chart and the weekly snapshot tend to go first; the rest is yours to order.
Traffic and checkout shows how many people reached your booking pages and how many paid. The trip conversion funnel does the same per trip, so you see which pages are visited and not booked, which is usually a price, a photo or a date problem you can fix.
Pick a period, last month, quarter to date, year to date or your own range, and download bookings, payouts, a guide earnings summary or the ledger as CSV. Each download is recorded, and exports are limited to the roles you allow.
What you get
A revenue chart over the range you choose and a revenue pulse for the week, so the question how are we doing has a number.
Traffic and checkout, returning viewers, and how messages turn into bookings, so you know what your website and your replies are worth.
The conversion funnel per trip, the most-liked trips and booking timing insights, so pricing and date decisions rest on something.
A regional demand map of where visitors and guests come from, useful for deciding where an ad or a partnership is worth it.
The availability gap detector points at dates with capacity and no bookings while there is still time to do something about them.
A guide earnings summary for the period, payouts with the detail contractor reporting needs, and client insights on who comes back.

Who uses it
Silverpine Adventures, a fictional operator, notices in the funnel that its overnight trip is the most visited page and the least booked. The price is shown only after the dates; moving it up and adding two photos changes the funnel the following month.
At quarter end the operator sets the range to quarter to date, downloads bookings and payouts, and sends both files to the accountant. The export log shows the two downloads.
An operator with six guides pulls the guide earnings summary for the month and pays from it, then uses the payouts export at year end for contractor reporting.
A booking counts when it is paid, and revenue is the money that actually moved: deposits, balances and refunds, in the currency you bill in. Treka does not inflate the chart with holds, carts or enquiries; those show up in the funnel as what they are, people who got close.
Page views come from your own booking site and widget. They are counted on your pages, for your trips, and are not shared with anyone else. A trip page that gets views and no bookings is the most useful line on the board, because it tells you what to change.
The Bookings export lists every booking transaction with the client, the trip and the payment detail. The Payouts export lists guide payouts with the tax information contractor reporting needs. The Guide Earnings Summary totals earnings by guide for the period, and the Ledger export is the money in and out, line by line. All four are CSV, filtered to your organisation, and each download is logged so you can see who pulled what and when.
Access follows your team roles. A guide does not see company revenue; a bookkeeper you have given the exports permission can pull the files without seeing anything else.

Book a demoNo. Bookings, payments, refunds, page views on your booking site and messages are already in Treka, so the panels fill in from your own activity.
Yes. Drag the panels into your own order and collapse the ones you rarely need; the layout is remembered. Panels include revenue, traffic and checkout, the weekly snapshot, trip conversion, top liked trips, regional demand, returning viewers, message-to-booking effectiveness, client insights, revenue pulse, availability gaps and booking timing.
Bookings (every transaction with client, trip and payment detail), payouts (guide payouts with tax information for contractor reporting), a guide earnings summary and the ledger, each as CSV for a date range you choose.
Analytics and exports follow your team roles and the custom permissions you set. You can give a bookkeeper the exports permission on its own, and guides do not see company revenue.
Money that moved: deposits, balances and refunds on paid bookings, in your billing currency. Holds and unpaid enquiries are not revenue; they appear in the funnel instead.
Page views on your booking site and widget are counted for your company and shown only to your team.
