Your past guests are your best season. Write to them.
Everyone who has ever booked with you is already in Treka. A campaign goes to them under your logo, with a working unsubscribe link in every message and a log of what happened to each one. No export, no second tool, no list to keep in sync.

How it works
Start from a template or a blank layout, add sections, images and buttons, and set the subject and preheader. The preview shows the email exactly as a guest will see it, with your logo at the top.
A company campaign goes to people who have booked with you. Treka resolves that list server-side from your own bookings, so the count you see is the count that will be mailed, and nobody outside your company can ever be reached from your account.
A test goes to one address of your choosing. The live send stays locked until a test has gone out and the recipient count is real, and you type SEND to confirm. Addresses that have unsubscribed are skipped automatically.
Treka mails in batches of a hundred and records each recipient as sent, failed or skipped. A send that is interrupted picks up where it stopped without mailing anyone twice. Afterwards you see delivered, opened and clicked, and which links people clicked.
What you get
Your audience is your booking history. A new guest is in it the moment they book; you never import, dedupe or clean a list.
Campaigns go out under your logo and your name, from the same sender your booking emails use. Nothing says Treka.
Drop the guest's name into the greeting, or their personal referral link into the footer, and every copy is written for the person reading it.
Every email carries the recipient's own unsubscribe link. A guest who opts out is skipped on every later send, and the log says so.
Test send required, a real recipient count before the button arms, and a typed confirmation. The default is a dry run; a live send is always a deliberate act.
Open rate, click rate, the most-clicked links and every recipient's outcome, kept current as the mail provider reports back.
In the portal
Who uses it
Silverpine Adventures, a fictional operator, opens its calendar in February and sends one campaign to everyone who booked in the last two seasons, with the new dates and a button to book. The send log shows who clicked through to the booking page.
A Tuesday opens up when a party cancels. The operator writes a three-line email, sends a test to themselves, then mails past guests within the hour. The campaign's click report shows which link did the work.
A campaign ends with each guest's own referral link merged in. A guest forwards it to a friend; the friend's booking is attributed to the guest on the referrals page.
A shop emails strangers who once bought a thing. A guide emails people who spent a day with them on the water or in the mountains. That is a warmer list than most businesses ever build, and most operators never use it: the addresses sit inside a booking tool, the campaign tool wants a spreadsheet, and the season starts before the export happens.
Treka removes the gap. The people who booked are the audience, already there, already deduplicated by address, already carrying the booking history that tells you who came last spring and has not rebooked.
The classic sends write themselves: the dates are open for next season, a weekday opening this month, a gift card note in late November, a thank-you after a good week with a link to leave a review.
A company campaign cannot reach anyone who has not booked with that company. Treka's own lead lists and contact uploads are a separate registry that a company campaign never parses, by design rather than by setting. It also cannot send without an unsubscribe link, and it cannot send to someone who has used one.
Open and click numbers are what the mail provider reports, so they are real for the send in front of you. Treka does not promise an open rate, and nothing on this page should be read as one.

Book a demoPeople who have booked with your company. Treka builds the audience from your own bookings on the server, deduplicated by email address, and drops anyone who has unsubscribed. You cannot email people who have not booked with you from a company campaign.
From you. The email carries your logo and your business name, the same branding as your booking confirmations. Treka's name does not appear in it.
You must. A test goes to one address you nominate, with no counts moved and no campaign state touched. The live send stays locked until a test has gone out, the recipient count has been resolved, and you have typed SEND.
Every message includes the recipient's own unsubscribe link. Anyone who uses it is recorded as opted out and is skipped on every later campaign; the send log shows them as skipped rather than silently dropped.
Yes. After a send, the campaign shows delivered, opened and clicked counts, the open and click rates, the most-clicked links and each recipient's outcome, updated as the mail provider reports events back.
No. Treka mails in batches of a hundred and chains them until the audience is done. A send that is interrupted resumes from the queue without mailing anyone twice.
Yes. Merge tags fill in the guest's name and, if you run a referral programme, their personal referral link or the link to your referral page.
