Ask while the day is still fresh.
When a booking is completed, the guest gets an email asking how it went, with a link to leave a rating and a few words. The review lands on your booking site, under the trip they took, and in the portal where you choose what stays published.

How it works
When a booking is marked completed, Treka emails the guest a review request. You can also send one by hand from the Request Review tab, to any client by name and email, if you want to ask again or ask someone who booked by phone.
The email carries a link made for that one request. The guest picks a rating, writes as much or as little as they like, and submits. No account, no app, nothing to install.
The review is published to your booking site straight away, in the reviews section and against the trip it was for, with a verified mark because it came from a real booking. Hide any you would rather not show with one switch.
Import reviews from Google Reviews, Tripadvisor, Airbnb Experiences, Viator or anywhere else, with the author, the rating, the date and a link to the original, so your site shows your whole record rather than only the reviews since you joined.
What you get
The ask happens when the booking completes, which is the moment people are most willing to write. No reminder list, no copy-paste.
The Sent Requests tab lists every request that went out and whether the client answered, so you know who to thank and who to nudge.
A review sits under the trip it describes on your booking pages, next to the dates and the price, where the next guest is deciding.
Publish or hide each review from the portal. Hidden reviews stay in your records; published ones are live on your site.
Years of reviews on other platforms come across with a link to the original, so a new booking site does not start from zero.
Average rating, total reviews, how many are live and how many requests are still waiting, on one screen.

Who uses it
Silverpine Adventures, a fictional operator, marks its Saturday half-days completed on Saturday evening. Each guest gets the request that night; three of eight answer by Sunday, and the reviews are live under the trip before Monday's enquiries arrive.
An operator moving from a listing site brings forty reviews across with the import tool, each linked to the original. The booking site shows the whole record on day one instead of an empty section.
A guest leaves a review complaining about the weather. The operator hides it from the site with one switch; it stays in the records, and the rest of the week's reviews remain live.
Most guides have a stack of happy guests and very few written reviews, because the ask comes a week late or not at all. A request that arrives the evening the trip ends, while the photos are still on the phone, gets answered. The same request a fortnight later gets ignored, however nicely it is written.
Treka ties the request to the booking rather than to your memory. The booking completes, the email goes out, the guest answers on their phone, and the review is on your site before you have put the boat away.
A review left through Treka is published on your own booking site, under your own domain if you use one, tied to the trip and marked as verified because it came from a real booking. It is your content, in your records, not a line on someone else's listing.
Imported reviews are kept honest the same way: each one carries its source and a link back to the original, so a visitor can check it. Treka does not write, edit or invent reviews, and a review that comes in is published as the guest wrote it, bounded only by length and stripped of anything that is not text.
