Every guest signed before the truck leaves.
Your waiver, your wording, sent the moment someone books. Each person in the party signs on their own phone, the reminders go out without you, and the signed copy sits on the booking for as long as you need it.

How it works
Your company has one waiver template, written by you or your lawyer, saved once in the portal. Every trip requires a signed waiver by default; switch it off for the trips that do not need one.
When a guest books, the confirmation carries a link to sign. For a group, the person who booked gets one shareable roster link and forwards it, so each guest signs individually rather than one person signing for six.
Set how many days before the trip the nudge and the final reminder should go. Only the guests who have not signed get them, and a party that is fully signed is left alone.
The trip roster shows who has signed and who has not. The signed copy keeps the signature and the exact text they agreed to, and it stays attached to the booking and the client record.
What you get
A single template for the company, applied to every trip that requires it. Change the wording once and the next waiver sent uses it.
Waivers are collected per participant, not per booking, so the roster shows twelve names and twelve signatures rather than one.
Took a booking by phone, or added a walk-up? Send the waiver from the booking in two clicks, or hand the guest the roster link on the spot.
Every waiver you have sent is in one place. Pending ones are waiting, signed ones carry the signature, and anything that passed its expiry unsigned lands in its own list.
A guide opening the day's trip sees the signed status next to each name, so nobody is asked to sign on the riverbank who already did at home.
Open any client and see the waivers they have signed across their bookings, with dates, so a returning guest is never asked twice for the same season.
A clipboard at the trailhead takes ten minutes of a guide's morning, produces a signature nobody can read, and ends up in a box. When something goes wrong, the question is always the same: can you show that this person agreed to this wording on this date? A waiver signed in Treka answers it. The text they saw is stored with the signature and the time, against the booking it belonged to.
It also moves the signing to the evening before, on the guest's own phone, which is when people actually read what they sign. The guide starts the day with a roster that is already complete.
Most guided trips are booked by one person for several. The roster link handles that without you: the booker forwards it, each guest fills in their own name and signs, and the booking shows the party's progress. You can see that four of six have signed and nudge the two who have not, rather than chasing the whole group.

Book a demoYes. Paste your waiver into the template in the portal and every waiver Treka sends uses that text. Keep using the wording your lawyer approved; Treka handles the sending, signing and storing, not the legal language.
Every person. The booking contact receives a roster link and forwards it to the group; each guest signs under their own name. The roster shows who has signed and who still has to.
With the booking confirmation, automatically, for companies that switch auto-send on. After that Treka sends a nudge and a final reminder on the days you choose before the trip, only to guests who have not signed yet.
The guest's name, the signature, the time they signed and the exact waiver text they agreed to, attached to the booking and visible from the client's record. Waivers that pass their expiry unsigned are kept in their own list.
Yes. The trip roster in the guide's own portal shows the signed status next to each participant, so a guide knows before the day starts whether anyone still needs to sign.
Waivers are tied to trips and bookings, so the cleanest way is to add the booking (an off-platform or phone booking takes a minute) and send the waiver from it. That keeps the signed copy with the trip it covers.
