Guests
Remember every guest. Book them again.
Every booking creates or updates a client record: who they are, what they booked, what they paid, what they signed and what you noted. Returning guests are recognised, groups and companies have their own page, and the whole list is ready to email when the season opens.

How it works
The first time someone books, a record is created with their name, email and phone. The next booking under the same email joins it, so the record grows with the guest rather than being typed in.
Open a client and see their bookings, the trips they took, the waivers they signed and when, the total they have spent and the notes your team left. A returning guest is a known guest.
A school, a corporate retreat or a club that books every year is a corporate client: a contact, their bookings across trips, and off-platform bookings you record by hand for the invoiced ones.
Filter by trip, by season or by last visit and email them from the portal: next year's dates, a gift card before the holidays, a review request after the trip.
What you get
Client records come from bookings, imports and the bookings you add yourself. Nobody retypes a guest into a second system.
Beginner, left-handed, vegetarian, brought the kids last time. A note on the client is there for whoever runs the next trip.
See which waivers a guest has signed and when, so a returning guest is not asked twice in a season and you can show who agreed to what.
A company or a club has its own record with a contact, its bookings and its invoiced trips, separate from the individual guests on them.
Upload a CSV from your old system or your inbox export; the importer maps name, email, phone and notes from the header row and you confirm before anything is saved.
Favourites, top spenders, guests from a particular trip or season. Pick the list and send a campaign or a review request without leaving the portal.
In the portal
Who uses it
Two hundred guests who come back every year. Their records carry preferences and history, and the first email of the season goes to the ones who have not booked yet.
Each school is a corporate client with its contact and its yearly trip; the individual students sign waivers under their own names on the roster.
Five seasons of customers come in from a CSV export in one afternoon, so the first campaign on Treka reaches everyone who ever booked.
Most small operators keep guests in three places: the booking platform, the inbox and someone's memory. Treka keeps them in one, and the way it does that is simple: every booking is a client event. Book once and you exist; book again and your record grows. The guide on the day sees your notes, the owner sees what you have spent, and the email that goes out in March knows you came in July.
Because the record is built from real bookings, the lists you draw from it are true. A campaign to last year's rafting guests goes to people who rafted last year.
A guided trip often has a payer who is not the participant: a parent, an office manager, a club secretary. Treka keeps the individual guests, who each sign and show on the roster, apart from the corporate client who booked and pays. Off-platform bookings, the ones you invoice rather than take by card, are recorded against the corporate client too, so the revenue picture is complete.
