Your software should bring you guests, not just manage them.
Treka Concierge puts your published trips on the Treka Marketplace, our own booking channel, grouped by region and activity. Travelers book there at your price plus a 15% service fee, and the booking lands on your calendar like any other, at your full price.

How it works
A trip appears on the marketplace when it is published and approved, your Stripe account is connected so payment can reach you, and it has upcoming dates a traveler can pick. Trips that take custom date requests only are not listed.
Trips are grouped into curated areas, such as Lake Como and the Italian Alps or the White Mountains, with their own pages for travelers searching by place and activity. Treka maintains the areas and the pages.
The marketplace shows your trip at your price marked up by a 15% service fee that the traveler pays. That margin is how Treka earns from the channel; your payout is your normal price.
A marketplace booking arrives in your portal as a normal booking, marked with its source, with the guest's details, the deposit and balance rules you set, and your waivers and reminders running as usual.
What you get
Marketplace bookings use the same trips, dates, capacity and policies as your own site, so a seat sold on the marketplace is a seat gone from your calendar everywhere.
You never discount for the channel. The service fee sits on top of your price and is paid by the traveler, and your payout is what your own site would have paid.
A company-level switch under Settings, Connections turns the marketplace on or off, and individual trips can be kept off it while the rest stay listed.
Each area has its own page with the trips in it, and each marketplace trip has a page of its own with your name, your price and your availability, built to be found by travelers searching that place.
Every booking records where it came from, so you know which guests the marketplace brought and what they were worth to the season.
There is no setup fee and no listing fee. Live trips on either plan are ready to book from the day the company is active.
In the portal
Who uses it
Silverpine Adventures, a fictional operator, lists a September half-day float. A family planning a trip to the area finds the region page, books two seats, and the booking appears in the portal with the deposit already taken.
A guide service keeps its corporate day off the marketplace while its public trips stay listed, using the per-trip switch.
An outfitter in a region without an area page is added when Treka creates one; until then its own booking site carries the bookings as before.
Most booking software stops at the checkout: it processes the guests you found. Treka also looks for them. The marketplace is a traveler-facing site that collects the live trips of every operator on the platform, groups them by region, and is built to rank for the searches a traveler makes when they already know where they are going.
Because the channel is paid for by the traveler's service fee rather than by the operator, there is no tension between the two halves of the product. The software stays priced as software, and the marketplace earns only when it delivers a booking.
A marketplace page names you as the operator and sends the booking to you. Your own booking site stays the canonical home for your brand, with the lower price, and you decide trip by trip whether the marketplace is the right place for it. Switch the whole thing off and your trips disappear from the channel the same day.
