The inbox answered. The follow-ups sent. You, on the water.
On the Pro plan, three agents work inside your Treka portal: one drafts guest replies in your voice, one writes the follow-ups that are due, and one keeps the inbox and the calendar tidy and sends you a brief each morning. Nothing runs until you switch it on.

How it works
The AI agents page has a master switch and a card per agent. Set a voice profile so drafts sound like you, choose whether drafts wait for approval or go out on their own, and pick the hour for your daily brief.
Connect Gmail and let the agents watch the inbox between your visits. New guest messages are triaged and a reply is drafted from the booking, the trip and your policies. You approve, edit, or send it as written.
Choose the follow-up days and the follow-up agent drafts what is due each hour: the pre-trip note, the thank-you, the review ask. Drafts queue for approval unless the company chose auto-send.
Date requests get proposed holds, holds past their deadline are released and the seats go back on sale, and the daily brief lands at your hour with what needs you today. Every run and its cost appear in the activity log.
What you get
By default nothing leaves without you. The work queue shows every proposed draft; you approve and send, edit, or discard. Auto-send is a choice you make per agent.
A voice profile shapes every draft, so a guest hears the same person who met them at the ramp rather than a generic assistant.
Drafts are built from the real booking, trip, dates, deposit and policies in your portal, which is why they can answer the question instead of acknowledging it.
A date request can be held for a decision; when the deadline passes the admin agent releases it and the seats return to the calendar.
One message at your chosen hour, in your time zone: today's trips, what is waiting for approval, what is overdue. Send a test any time.
The activity timeline lists what each agent did, when, and what it cost to run, so the value is visible and nothing happens in the dark.
In the portal
Who uses it
Silverpine Adventures, a fictional operator, comes in from a weekend of trips to fourteen guest emails. Each has a drafted reply waiting in the work queue; approving all of them takes ten minutes.
Follow-up days are set to three days before and one day after. The pre-trip note with the meeting point and the next-day thank-you with a review link go out without anyone remembering.
A rafting outfitter sets the brief for six in the morning. It lists the day's launches, two drafts awaiting approval and a hold that expires at noon.
They draft and they tidy. The guest-reply agent writes an answer; it does not promise a date it cannot see or quote a price that is not in the trip. The follow-up agent writes the messages you would have written at the kitchen table at eleven at night. The admin agent proposes holds and releases expired ones; it does not cancel a booking or move money.
That line is deliberate. An operator's reputation is in every message, so the system is built so the operator stays in the loop by default and chooses, agent by agent, where to step back.
Core is the whole platform, run by you. Pro is the platform run with you: the agents, SEO optimization and a named contact who knows your season. A Core company sees the agents page as a locked preview and can move up whenever the inbox starts eating the evenings.
