Team
Everyone sees their part of the season. Nobody sees more than they should.
Treka gives each person on your team their own login and the right view: guides see their assignments and file trip reports, the office runs bookings and clients, finance approves payouts, and you decide who gets which tab.

How it works
Add a person by email with a role. Guides join with their name, phone and certification level and can act as a guide on trips; admins, finance and operations managers get the office tabs their role allows.
The built-in roles carry sensible permissions: only the owner manages billing and settings, finance approves payouts, operations managers run trips, guides and clients. Need something different? Custom roles grant access tab by tab.
Guides mark their availability on the calendar, get assigned to departures, and see their roster. The office sees who is out, who is free, and what still needs a guide.
Guides file a trip report from their phone: how it went, weather and conditions, how many guests attended, gear problems or incidents. Reports collect in the portal for the whole company.
What you get
Owner, admin, finance, operations manager and read-only are the shapes a guide service actually has. Each comes with permissions for billing, members, trips, guides, payouts, reports, clients, settings, gear, merch and gift cards.
A role editor grants or hides each portal tab per role, so the person who only does waivers only sees waivers.
A guide record holds name, phone and certification level, can be invited to the portal, and can be marked as acting as a guide so they can be assigned and paid.
Define the certifications your operation requires, review what guides submit, and show approved certifications as verified on the profile.
A short structured form after each trip: summary, conditions, safety notes, attendance, gear issues and anything the office should know. Searchable later when a question comes up.
Run a fishing company and a hunting company, or a parent and its outposts, from one account. Switch between businesses in the portal and copy trips from one to another.
In the portal
Who uses it
Silverpine Adventures, a fictional operator, gives its bookkeeper the finance role: payouts, reports and exports, no trip editing and no client changes.
Six summer guides are invited in May with their certification levels. They mark availability, get assigned, and file reports; in October their access is switched off until next season.
A fishing company and a hunting company run as two businesses on one login, each with its own trips, team and booking site, with the owner switching between them.
A two-person operation shares one login and knows everything. A ten-person one cannot: the booking desk should not see payouts, a seasonal guide should not be able to change prices, and the bookkeeper should not be able to cancel a trip. The fastest way to lose a good season is a well-meaning click in the wrong tab.
Treka's roles are a floor, not a ceiling. The defaults keep money and settings with the owner and finance, operations with the managers, and the day's work with the guides. Custom roles let you shape anything in between without asking us.
Guides do not need the office view. They log in to see their assignments and the roster for each departure, mark the days they can work, submit their certifications, and file a report when the trip is done. On a phone it is a few taps at the trailhead, and the office sees it before the truck is back.
