Treka English EN

Booking software for guided hut trips

Sold to the bunk. Paid before the hut fees are due.

You hold the bunks months ahead and sell them one departure at a time. Treka caps each trip at the beds you have, takes the deposit early and collects everything the hut and your guides need to know before the skin track starts.

30 days of Core free, then from $79 a month billed yearly.

Example hunt booking: deposit paid, balance scheduled before the season, one of two hunters' waivers signed.

Why it’s different

What hut trip and lodge-based guides actually need

01

Sold to the bunk, never past it

Each departure's capacity is the number of beds you hold for it, and the calendar stops at that number. Treka doesn't book the hut; it keeps your guests inside what you booked.

02

Deposits months out, balances before the trip

Take a deposit when the hut is confirmed and charge the balance on the date you set before departure, so the season's cash arrives when the hut fees are due.

03

Everyone's details, collected once

Waivers go to every guest at booking, and dietary needs, emergency contacts and medical notes sit on the roster beside them, so the group list you send to the hut and the one your guide carries are the same list.

A day in your operation

A hut week from hold to hike-out

  1. Summer

The bunks are held, the week goes up

You confirm the hut and publish the departure with exactly that many spots. Treka never sells past them.

    Capacity per departure
  2. Booking

    Deposit now

Guests pay a deposit at booking and see the balance date on their confirmation.

    Deposits and balances
  3. A private week

A group takes the whole hut

Hold the dates privately for a group and send them a booking link; the week never shows as open to anyone else.

    Private date holds
  4. Two months out

The balance lands with the hut fees

The balance charges on the day you set, so the cash is in before the hut invoices you.

    Deposits and balances
  5. The week before

    Waivers in, roster ready

Every guest has signed, and the roster carries dietary needs, emergency contacts and rented gear, one list for the hut and the guide.

    A waiver from every guest
  6. Hike-out

    Guides paid, notes filed

The guide's payout runs through Stripe against the trip, and their report sits with the booking for next year.

FAQ

Questions hut trip and lodge-based guides ask us

Something else? Ask the people who build it.

Talk to us

Can I set a different capacity for each departure?

Yes. Each date is its own slot with its own number of spots, so a six-bunk week and a ten-bunk week are managed separately on one calendar.

Can I keep dietary needs and emergency contacts with the booking?

Yes. Each booking's roster carries dietary needs, emergency contacts and medical notes alongside the signed waivers, and guests add anything else as a note when they book.

What if I have to cancel a departure for conditions?

Cancel or move the date from the booking. Every guest is told, and the refund or credit is handled in the same step. The decision stays with you and the guide.

Can a private group book the whole hut week?

Yes. Hold the dates privately for the group and send them a booking link, or publish a private-trip price per party alongside your per-person departures.

Can I rent touring gear with the trip?

Yes. Gear rental is part of the platform: list what you rent and guests add it at checkout, with what's out and what came back tracked per booking.

What does Treka cost?

Every company starts with 30 days of Core, free, no card required. After that it's $99 a month for Core (the whole platform, run by you) or $399 a month for Pro, which adds custom AI agents built for your business, SEO optimization to drive more bookings, and a named contact. A custom website built by our team is quoted separately; book a demo to scope it. Pay yearly and get two months free: $948 for Core ($79 a month) or $3,948 for Pro ($329 a month). Self-serve setup is free; white-glove migration is $749 one-time on monthly plans and free on annual. No contract. A 3% booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the guest; Stripe card processing (2.9% + 30¢) is billed at cost.

Can I move my existing trips and clients over?

Yes. Trips can be imported from your existing website, and client lists can be uploaded from a spreadsheet or an export from your current system. You keep your own domain and your own branding.
