Ten good weeks, booked before the ice forms.

Eight or ten good weeks a year, sold as group intro days, private objectives and multi-day courses. Treka fills the season from your own site and keeps the paperwork off the approach trail.

Why it’s different

What ice climbing guides actually need

01

A short season sold ahead of the freeze

Publish January and February before the ice forms and take deposits now, so the good weeks are booked before they arrive rather than filled by phone the week of.

02

Group days and private days at different prices

An intro-to-ice group day priced per person and a private day priced per party live on the same calendar, each with its own ratio and its own dates.

03

Gear for everyone who shows up

Boots, crampons, tools and helmets go out against the booking, with sizes and returns tracked, instead of a pile sorted at the car park.

FAQ

Questions ice climbing guides ask us

Something else? Ask the people who build it.

Talk to us

Can I run a group day and a private day at different ratios?

Yes. Each trip carries its own maximum party size, dates and pricing, so a one-to-six intro day and a one-to-two private day are separate bookable things on one calendar.

Can clients book a private day without me publishing every date?

Yes. An open-range trip lets a client choose a start date inside a window you set; you confirm it rather than pre-building the whole season.

What if the ice isn't in on the day?

Move or cancel the date from the booking. The climbers are told, and the refund or credit is handled in the same step. Conditions are your call; the follow-up is automatic.

Can I include rental gear in the booking?

Yes. List the gear you rent with a price, and guests add it when they book. What is out and what came back is tracked per booking.

Do waivers cover minors on a family day?

Waivers go to every participant on the booking. Your wording is yours, so the parental consent language your lawyer wants is what gets signed.

What does Treka cost?

Every company starts with 30 days of Core, free, no card required. After that it's $99 a month for Core (the whole platform, run by you) or $399 a month for Pro, which adds custom AI agents built for your business, SEO optimization to drive more bookings, and a named contact. A custom website built by our team is quoted separately; book a demo to scope it. Pay yearly and get two months free: $948 for Core ($79 a month) or $3,948 for Pro ($329 a month). Self-serve setup is free; white-glove migration is $749 one-time on monthly plans and free on annual. No contract. A 3% booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the guest; Stripe card processing (2.9% + 30¢) is billed at cost.

Do I have to replace my website?

No. You can either use the site Treka builds you, on your own domain, or keep the site you have and embed the booking widget into it. Both are supported.
