Sign up in under 30 seconds: Google or Apple sign in, or email, your business name, and your website. We import your trips, prices, and photos automatically while you watch, so your portal opens already filled in. Want a hand? Book a free setup call and we'll set the platform up for your operation.
Every company starts with 30 days of Core, free, no card required. After that it's $99 a month for Core (the whole platform, run by you) or $399 a month for Pro, which adds custom integrations and up to 3 custom features built for your business, SEO optimization to drive more bookings, and a named contact. A custom website built by our team is quoted separately; book a demo to scope it. Pay yearly and get two months free: $948 for Core ($79 a month) or $3,948 for Pro ($329 a month). Self-serve setup is free; white-glove migration is $749 one-time on monthly plans and free on annual. No contract. A 3% booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the guest; Stripe card processing (2.9% + 30¢) is billed at cost.
Treka lists your live trips on the Treka Marketplace, our own booking channel, and drives travelers to them. Marketplace travelers see your price plus 15%, which is how Treka earns from it; you always receive your normal price. It's included in every plan and you can choose which trips appear, or switch it off, under Settings, Connections.
Payments go directly to your connected Stripe account, never through Treka. Funds typically land in your bank within 2 business days of the charge, and you control your payout schedule.
Your account starts pre-populated: trips, prices, and photos imported from your website at signup. From there a guided setup checklist walks you through payments, waivers, and your team, and a free onboarding call is available whenever you want a human to make sure you're set up to win.
Yes. We've migrated operators from FareHarbor, Peek Pro, Xola, Rezdy, Checkfront, spreadsheets, and more. Our team handles the heavy lifting (trip catalog, client list, upcoming bookings) as part of your onboarding.
